How much have you guys revised for Religion and Crime and Deviance/Or other a2 Soc topics?

on the 12th i have got my crime and deviance paper, ive revised quite a bit but now i cant seem to take anymore in and im just siting not actually revising,

what you lot get for each of your 3 modules of sociology already taken.

problem with this paper is that there is no choice and questions are normally worded rather gayly.

i knoww! i did the religion paper in jan, it was so gayy. the wording of each answer was complicated

I've been revising Crime and Deviance and Theory and Methods since months ago.. hopefully it's all sunken in. Still revising loads now though. 2 days til SC5W!!

I only have Crime and Deviance, but there is a LOT to learn. I need 19/120 UMS to get an A though, but I obviously don't want to do badly so I've been trying to revise a bit- but none of it is sinking in!

Oh I'm envious! From A2 and my Jan exam I'm only just on an A. I need an A in sociology for university too!!

luckily crime and deviance being a synoptic paper ties in with everything so even if you are doing two papers they will benefit/overlap each other

havent started revising for crime and deviance yet...been focusing on theory and methods as I know nothing lol.

Theory and Methods was k. Did it in Jan and got 72/90, which i'm happy with.

Yeh Theory and Methods is easier at A2, because you Sociological knowledge has developed a lot. I got 72/90 in AS, but 85/90 in A2.

I've just started revising today, my teacher won't give me my mark for my coursework and i had to resit Media so i'm not sure how many UMS points i need to get a B or even an A :frown:

. I've got a B in Education, Methods and Religion, but am sitting on a D in media at the moment but im sure i've raised it to a B or a C at least and my teacher says my courseworks one of the best in the class so i'm predicting a B in that aswell. I'm thinking if i pull out all the stops in this exam and can bring my grasde up to an A, but it's just so hard, they can ask you a question on anything and are notorious for asking questions you'd never guess would come up so i really have to learn all the knowledge back to front and do a million practice papers over and over again if i want to do well. I'm worrying nowl ol.

I'd go the other way around...90/90 for me in AS, but 72/90 in A2

Might have had something to do with the teacher, what with it being the first time he had taught it.

I am worried. I get really confused between Left Realists, Left Idealists, Right Realists and Right Idealists... ha.

I've never heard of Idealists, only realists.

Not worrying about crime and deviance until after the religion exam. It's quite strange how no one appears to be doing stratification.

Any guesses for what might come up on crime and deviance or religion?
