Sounds like me when my hormones went in the gutter. Time for a blood test, which you'll have to visit your GP to arrange or do it privately if you're willing to fork out a few hundred and then visit your GP with the results anyway.

i had a blood test not too long ago and my thyroid function, iron, vit d is all within normal range

Normal relative to a range isn't particularly useful if it's not your own normal. If your thyroid is converting (if they even did FT4 and FT3 in addition to TSH), then the problem may lie elsewhere. If male, you may be in the testicular problem camp like me and join the jabs for the rest of your life club.

FT4 was done with it, i’m female

i’m 169cm and 72.8kg so no i’m not obese, i don’t know if they did glucose and HB1AC
