Round the following 2 decimal places
A) 59.6487
B)3526.48502
C)12.6433
D) 0.2099
Draw a vertical line after the second digit after the decimal
59.64|87
Read the number made by the two digits either side, in this case 4|8 reads forty eight and decide if this is closer to 40 or 50. Here it is 50, so change the 4 to a 5, giving
59.65

The rest are the same. In situations like B, 8|5 reads eighty five, which is bang centre of 80 and 90, the rule is to round up to 90
