Not by itself. In the Enterprise and Employability Challenge, in order to get top Band 4 marks for LO2 (Understand Personal Effectiveness) the candidate has to demonstrate, "Detailed and effective audit of personal and team skills including plans for improvement. Efficient and effective performance of own role and responsibilities including time management, behaviours, personal skills and team work. Detailed and well-reasoned reflection on the development and application of personal and team work skills."
So, if you can show why team working was poor, you can still get the marks. Do your level best and think about any issues in team working. If the team isn't working out, perhaps you could ask your Bacc teacher to swap teams?

It can, just be honest in your evaluation at the end. However, if the treasurer loses the money then it will lead to a bad grade because you haven't created a product
