Can't leave the house

I've gotten to the point where I'm struggling to leave the house and go to sixth form. I just don't want to go anywhere, this place just feels so much safer.
Speaking from experience, if you indulge avoidance it will continue to get worse. Avoidance is to anxiety what water is to plants

Talk to your GP, if you/your family can afford it start seeing a CBT professional. I would also strongly advise doing a regular group therapy session. I know you are probably exactly the type of person who least wants to do that but you are unlikely to deal with what is probably developing agoraphobia/panic disorder/social anxiety disorder on your own; talking to and hearing from others in the same position makes a huge difference

I think this is not a big deal, you just need to be more confident.
