Borad as in: accept the advice.
Accept yourself and don't change for anyone.

Maybe they get irritated however it's their problem. For more social skills try books: how to influence people and win friends and how to talk to anyone.

People told me the same thing in primary. Now I do not shut the f*ck up, rambling on for ages.

but then if you "talk more" then they will end up saying "talk less", honestly you can never win so be yourself and consider them to be irrelevant, you are your own person, no point changing how you act or the way you act over a couple comments from people who probably have traits that they need to improve on.

talk none stop make them appreciate the old you haha or just give it a go if good things come from it great if it all goes tits up well at least you know
