So is it possible to use a bachelor's from open uni to get a master's or PhD from another uni (an actual yni with lecture rooms and a campus and everything)

And do unis care about A-levels for post grad or do they just care about the bachelor's. Also do open uni degrees have less value when applying for post grad?

No, Unis tend not to care about A levels for post-grad degrees. Open Uni degrees don't have less value, most people understand that when you've done an OU degree, you've probably organised yourself and overcome obstacles that residential undergrads in a regular brick uni haven't had to face. In some ways that makes you better suited to the greater independence and personal organisation that comes with PG study.
