How do you know when to do circles or square brackets for cross and dot diagrams in a level chemistry (OCR A) I always seem to do it the wrong way round when I check in exams, and Ive never been told which way round it is.Name:  IMG_20190524_133325.jpg

Circles is for covalent bonds and brackets is for ionic bonding.
