I'm a sucker for Slyvia Plath or Virginia Woolfe..... also love edgar allen poe and anne sexton. I literally wanted to be a poet since I was like 5 years but that isn't going to be feasible in today's world xD

May I name German poets too? maybe you like them too, if you begin to read them. I would even attach some poems of them!

A playwright and poet of Classical India. I jsut like his stuff, it's not much deeper than that. Well, his use of Sanskrit is very elegant but that's a nerd thing and wouldn't sway me over if I didn't like his stuff more broadly.

I like Gottfried Benn most of all, because he is the best in terms of forming ellipsis. This poem is proves it:

Kommt, reden wir zusammen
wer redet, ist nicht tot,
es züngeln doch die Flammen
schon sehr um unsere Not.
Kommt, sagen wir: die Blauen,
kommt, sagen wir: das Rot,
wir hören, lauschen, schauen
wer redet, ist nicht tot.
Allein in deiner Wüste,
in deinem Gobigraun –
du einsamst, keine Büste,
kein Zwiespruch, keine Fraun,
und schon so nah den Klippen,
du kennst dein schwaches Boot –
kommt, öffnet doch die Lippen,
wer redet, ist nicht tot.

I would llove to translate it for you, but I am afraid the meaning would get lost then.
