What you write in the crowdfunding and loan 9 mark
• I wrote to choose crowdfunding
• As it would be a cheaper alternative as there’s no interest and they don’t have to pay the people who donate back so they can reduce their total costs
• which leaves them with more profit to reinvest in their expansion
• It’s also harder to obtain a loan from the bank so it is more convenient for them to use crowd funding in order to get the finances more quickly
• they can start expansion quicker
• resulting in more rapid growth
But then I said...
• However it’s not certain that they’d get the entire £250,000 so they might have to resort to other means of finance
• which means they’ll have to invest more time which can be better spent in the expansion of the business
• resulting in slower growth
In conclusion...choose crowdfunding , more convenient and cheaper for the business blah blah blah

The I chose crowdfunding to I wrote that a large number of ppl can invest into the business and they don't need any control of the business etc

The second paragraph I wrote that the bank can take the business assets as a form of security of they don't pay bank
