Whenever you feel too hot...for me 17+ in most cases if I'm going outside.

25 for me - might be different for guys, but would say thats around right, i.e. not stripping off at the first glimpse of sunshine lol

I never wear shorts. My calves are far too chiseled, muscular, and shapely for the general public to be exposed to them. It's a problem =/

between 24-26 for me depending on how hot it actually feels (because it can feel hotter than it actually is) and what I'm up to.
I start wearing shorts when the temperature is around 20°-22°.
