I feel disgusting...

I've been overweight all my damn life, I don't eat regular foods cause of a separate problem and I exercise for at least 6 hours a week. I cant shift the weight however... I feel disgusting I dontt know what to do...
firstly i hope ure healthy. pls take this with a grain of salt or whatever the phrase is. i hope this is not harmful advice.

*have ur normal 3 meals and snacks, but cut down on the portion!
*start small. like cut it down to 10% per week until you get down to 35 ish%.(depends on how big u are)
u will feel a bit hungry bc of ur decreased portion size.. fight the urge to increase ur portion sizes.
*dance with music as hard as u can (a fun activity, not a workout) freestyle with ur whole body but be mindful that this is for fun, not exercise

avoid mcd's ovs,

*cut out fizzy drinks altogether. it's nasty anyways.

you could also join a dance group or a sports club and then they would meet up every week for a few hours with people similar to your own age in the local area
Maybe you did lose fat but also gained muscle?

muscle has more mass than fat and therefore what could have occurred was that as a result of your exercise regime you lost the fat and then replaced it with muscle which meant that there is not the massive change in mass that you were excepting to have.

That's a great amount of exercise - well done. Go and see your Doctor for professional advice, and a referral to a Dietitian. This is especially important if you need a specialised diet. Good luck.
