You're going to be bored in your sleep? That's a new one.

I spent last night having nothing but nightmares and most nights are bad dream nights for me anyway. They're annoying when they pester you during interrupted sleep rather than frightening or interesting.

I often find watching documentaries of disturbing/shocking incidents usually tamper their way into my nightmares
Sometimes late night conspiracy theories or mysterious cases can do it too :ninja:
Also I watched a film called "buried"
that was v scary in a way hard to convey - gave me nightmares anyway :hide:

i was watching a documentary of a 11 year old gang member that was killed by his own gang like last night it was so sad, but not scary.

i've watched 2 many horror movies that scare me temporarily, but no nightmares.

aw dw :hugs:

Going to bed overly early seems to do the trick for me. The later I go to sleep, the more mild my dreams. That's the logic I'm going on tonight anyway even though I'm half asleep now.
