Normal chocolate.

And the fact you know what I mean by that answers the question.

the chocolate that's like a combo between milk & dark, a bit richer, still sweet but not just a sugar overload so you can still taste the actual chocolate!

White chocolate is too sweet for me and tastes a bit sickly. I like dark chocolate because of its rich taste but not too dark because then it's too bitter.

The rich milk chocolate, starting from 33% cocoa up to 45% or 49%. 50%-59% cocoa is plain chocolate and 60% is where dark chocolate starts, in my opinion. By the way, I would NOT consider Bournville dark chocolate as it’s only 33% cocoa. The new Darkmilk is quite nice at 40% cocoa.

Edit: Bournville is 36% cocoa, not 33%. I’ll have to try Bournville and Darkmilk to see if I can taste the 4% difference.

Yes! Darkmilk has quickly become my new favourite chocolate, it's lovely. Much nicer than regular Dairy Milk since it's been taken over.
