Being underweight doesn't qualify as an eating disorder. It depends on your attitudes towards food/your body and how this affects your eating patterns

Being underweight =/= eating disorder. If you're worried, then ask your mum to take you to your GP.

I feel extremely stressed even with minor problems.
I was in a relationship with a narcopath and probably have a stress disorder.
Can’t afford professional help.
How do I help myself?
I am alive and safe solely due to my parents giving me a sheltered life.
I always fear how I shall survive when I’m out of their roof and meet other toxic beings.

How old are you? How much do you weight? What's your attitude towards your body and food?

You can check your BMI on the NHS website - it should tell you if you’re underweight/an average weight etc 🙂 Remember that there’s lots of factors that can go into it if you’re underweight - be sure to go to your GP if you think you may have an eating disorder x
