'You're smart stop worrying'

Anyone else hear this a lot
I'm about to do my A Level and for 2 of my subjects, every time I worry or complain about it, I'm instantly put down for complaining like I'm not sure how to word this without sounded big headed but I really really hate this I'm also allowed to stress too it's just annoying I can't talk to anyone about this, today I had a breakdown about exams I'm so so worried yet no one will listen to me about it :frown:
aw that sucks :frown: ure allowed to be anxious too. on the bright side, they really believe in u. ure probs a strong consistently high scoring person
Same, but GCSEs. There's a lot of pressure, I get that.

What I tell myself, and other people, is that no matter how much everyone else is like "Oh, do your best, do your best", you need to remember it means "Do your best in that given moment". Yes, you may come out of an exam and be like "Damn, I knew that", but as long as you did the best you could in the time given, you don't need to listen to or worry about the pressure on you atm
.
You got this. :hugs:
