I have signed a tenancy agreement with llys Y deon in Bangor, UK. I am no longer going to Bangor university hence I will not be staying there.
I am looking for somebody to transfer my tenancy to as I am liable to pay the whole rent unless I find a replacement, It is a Silver En-suite room located 10 minutes from the university. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to takeover my tenancy.
