Poo - quite graphic

Sorry for bringing up another poo thread but, recently, i've been quite constipated. I've got a good diet and eat lots of veg and i've never really had this before. Usually, i get constipated throughout the day and i just can't seem to go to the toilet. Its usually uncomfortable when i'm trying to sleep because it kind of feels as though it needs to come out but it just won't.
Next morning, i'll have some cereal and then about an hour after, i can kind of poo then. And then this continues and i get constipated by the end of the night again and then go to the toilet in the morning.

Last week i had diarheoa after i had my dinner but not had it since. I've also not been feeling hungry and find myself burping from time to time too. It kind of feels as though i have air trapped just under my ribs in the middle.

Today, i had a seeded bread for my lunch and then i managed to poo about an hour ago and it wasnt runny, but it wasnt hard. And it looked as though there were bits of food/seeds in it from my bread at lunch! Wiped, and i saw some poppy seeds which were from the bread. Flushed the toilet and the poo kind of mushed together with the water.

Does anyone have this too? Could i possibly be having digestion problems? Sorry for being abit too descriptive

If you don't chew food properly,it comes out as solid in your Poo (gross i know) !
If bits of food are coming out it sounds like you need to chew more, maybe eat more slowly too? Also do you drink enough liquids?

Might help increasing fibre intake - I eat fruit and fibre / sultana bran every morning, and digestion is great!

Of course if it really is bothering you go see the doctors!

I do chew my food quite well i thought. Never really had any problems with toilet issues before.

Plus.. my diet hasnt changed so i don't see how my fibre intake would change. But, i shall try! I've had a banana yesterday and another today. I shall try eating one everyday and see how it goes.
local indian - hottest curry they serve... problem solved
Make sure you're drinking enough water.
If it carries on, see your GP.
