I got the last 2 questions wrong cuz I thought u had to use the same formula to work out the number of moles. I did 4/24000 and got somebody long answer. I then used that for the following question so got that wrong as well. Do u think I will get any error carried forward marks?
would I lose marks if I didnt put the test for ions for the potassium bromide and chlorine question?

I got the same answer but I think it’s wrong

I might have got this wrong i got 0.0417 mol/dm^3 for volume.
That is exactly what I did. For last q i did this calculation=

1/6000 ÷ volume in cm^3/1000 = 0.0417

Did they have to be metals for the alloys definition as isn’t carbon a non metal and part of steel?

Also what was the answer for the Why Is Oxygen not allowed in fermentation

Also what do you think is the mark scheme for the enthalphy change question
i did 0.0025/0.004 and i got 0.625

Do you remember the volume figure in your answer?

yeah same thats what i did

Do you remember the figure for volume? - we had to divide it by 1000 to convert it into dm^3.

for the anaerobic one
C6H1206 -> 2C2H5OH + 2CO2
Yeh I did that too
Yeh that’s right I think

i wrote this exactly

I put to mix both into a beaker. Chlorine is more reactive than bromine and will displace it from its compound to form potassium chloride and bromine as a single free element. The solution would darken to orange as bromine dissolves.

I put since the pressure increased, the NO gas particles were closer together and more concentrated, to it looks darker.

yh put the same thing, this is correct
I don't think you exactly need to... if Pottasium Bromide is reduced with chlorine it will change colour to brown, but if (theoretically) if Cl wasn't more reactive then there would be no change

for your first point i also thought that too so i just said mixing a metal and another element to chemically combine them.

Combustion of ethanol formula?
Got the same 👍

C2H6O + 3O2 gives 2CO2 + 3H2O
