Nowadays, a big number of students speak more than one langauge. In Arabs countries, English lsnguage is taught in the school as a second language. Although students learn English for aproximately 12 years, the majority of them struggling with English. They have difficulties in the langauge skills. Moreover, teachers struggle to help them mastering the skills.
Superisingly, majority of students speak different languages fluently.
So what are the reasons behind their mystery of different languages

It depends on where they're learning it. Generally children don't learn languages at school as well as they do naturally when very young. So their parents might know several languages, but if English isn't one of them, or they don't bother using it, the children won't be as good in English.
