Say the acceptance rate of a Uni is 33%, what would the offe rate be exactly, on average how many people accept their offers?

It depends on sooo many other things*, you may as well ask "how long is a piece of string".

*The Uni itself, the course for a start.

offer rate = percentage of applicants given an offer
acceptance rate = percentage of applicants given an offer and then attend the university

remember some offer holders will decline/insure the offer. others will miss their offer and be rejected. only some will get in
