I’m interested in experimenting with managing my time. Has anyone used the 25-5 technique where they study for 25 minutes and rest for 5 minutes.

Also any other advice to revision? Of course eating well and sleeping are on the list but are things like classical music and a diet heavy in fatty fish any use?

I've tried the study for two hours and have one hour off, (cup of tea, sandwich , netflix) - that did seem to work over a longer time period

It works very well for me. I started with 25/5 and now I've scaled it to 1.30/30.

It's a great method if used daily
