Can you tell me if my story for english language is good!!

So basically for english language edexcel i chose question 6 which was writing about a time you or someone you know was happy.
My story was about the JonBenet Case and it was from the perspective of the predator who killed her. I wrote a story on his mindset and how he was happy to see his ''little princes'' JonBenet and it was of his desire and content with killing her. I wrote how he met her, killed her and was happy with himself. Is this a good story? What would you grade/mark from 40? thanks
