One would have to wait until results day. As this is when clearing opens. Practice you telemarketing skills as you will have to sell yourself to your University of choice. More information on clearing is available on the UCAS website.

Clearing officially opens on the 5th July this year so you don't necessarily need to wait for results day, although of course you can't apply for vacancies until you know you haven't met your offers. If you get rejected by both your Firm and Insurance choice, UCAS automatically enters you into Clearing so you don't need to worry about that. And all the unis will start listing their vacancies.

To get an idea about which unis are likely to have vacancies in your subject, you can already look on UCAS - use the search tool to look for courses starting in 2019 with vacancies.
