The regeneration/re-branding of a place- think about it this way, pre-ww1 & ww2 the world's main employment was industry. However since then Asian countries are making these products a lot cheaper. Along with this comes easier modes of transport (containerisation) all of which cause problems within an area originally based on traditional industries
So specific locations such as London Docklands- (canary Wharf)- have been invested into by big companies in an attempt to attract further people and therefore bring money to the area..... It now has changed from an area of mass unemployment, derelict brownfield sites & industry based economy; to one based on services with a middle class population (INDUSTRY --> FINANCIAL DISTRICT)
They also like the Urban vs Rural regeneration so then you'd compare London Docklands to the Eden Project in Cornwall. Talking about how they've benefited them in different ways and how you have to approach regeneration projects in Rural areas differently to Urban Areas.
Also I feel like trade blocs might come up, what with the UK trying to leave the EU and all, the exam boards do like to try be relevant and "hip"
