what is this maths question gcse venn diagrams so hard

i get that 11 are on the outside as 11 percent of 100 is 11 but what about the other numbers?

I’m not sure if I’ll explain it too well, but if you do
11+38+80= 129
Therefore, that’s over 100%.
So 129-100= 29%, which gives us the remaining intersection
ok thanks, but how do you get the 9 and 51 from if you know? thanks

I'm not 100% sure how they got to it, however if you do 9+29= 38. (38% that have gone to Canada), and if you do 51+29=80% (The 80% that have gone to France) I guess the 9 and 51 just refer to the percentages or something..
