If I do bad in alevels and somehow get into uni. Get 1st's in uni could I move to a better uni in 2nd year?

Universities will not normally accept direct transfers into yr 2 unless you meet the standard entry requirements.
If you've done well in yr 1 elsewhere then sometimes universities will consider you for year 1 entry.
