CFS in SFE have blocked my post graduate loan weeks before due to graduate

I am a single parent Student and self funded my four year degree program after being made ineligible may 2018 for four years finance (Childcare provider new volunteers register was not pursued , therefore provider only eligible for payment for youngest child and left with large overpaid bills that I have been trying to recover since 2015 )

As a British born , single parent , mature student that came from benefits I am well within all the criteria for these loans however this funding was removed and both parties (uni and SFe ) are claiming in the region on £58,000 each

Can someone enlighten me to this corporate thieves and how many of us have been disabled on our quest for upwards social mobility?
