Ive been using Rigevidon for two years. I always take it at the same time every day but today I had to take it 30 minutes early as I was in work early. am I still protected?

I know I worry too much but just want to make sure

also if I want to change the time so I take it an hour earlier than I do now I've read it is better to wait till the end of 21 days when the break is. if I do this and start taking a brand new packet an hour earlier will I still be protected also.

many thanks

Yes you'll be fine. You have a 12 hour window to take your pill.
