It's dependant on your exam board, but if this is for your Year 10 mock exams, they won't use this years GCSE Paper.

For most exam boards, you can find a set of specimen papers as well as last years exam papers/marschemes on their websites, but your school will probably use a "secure material" such as another set of specimen papers available from the exam board, but only to teachers since you need a login to access it.

Literally nothing on Ecology apart from a bit on food chains and the usage of quadrats.
The eye (accommodation to nearer objects), nothing about natural selection/evolution/genetics.
Did have to draw a genetic cross diagram and mess around with some alleles; again no selective breeding, food security, energy efficiency in animals.
Had to draw a pyramid of biomass, reasons for doing/adding certain things into a tissue culture of plant cells. Nothing on menstrual cycle/hormones.
5 marker on how blood glucose concentration is regulated by insulin and glucagon. 6 marker at the end about using standard deviation to show which drug is the most effective.
