Solitude vs loneliness

Hello,
I’m wondering if it’s normal to want to have solitude, yet feel kind of lonely in solitude? I don’t like most people, I just want to be alone but I feel like I’m missing something sometimes. When I’m distracted, like when I game, I’m contented, but if I’m not doing anything I feel almost sad. Was anyone else like this? If so how did you change?

I’ve been wondering if stepping out of my comfort zone would help more. I’ve been thinking about life in general, and maybe I should travel around the world in a gap year. Almost live a nomadic lifestyle before university (I’m 16 currently). My life has always been dull and I don’t want to die having lived a boring life.

Thanks for the hint, I was struggling with that one!
That’s kind of the problem. This fortress isn’t fun.
I don’t see much changing in the future though. I just guess I will hopefully grow out of it.
