I haven't been able to sleep for 2 days...last night I tried music and that really helped I got at least 4 hours sleep. But my parents are really strict with computers/phones in my room now (long story)

So now well obviously I can't listen to music to drain out the horrific noise in my ear.?

Anyone have any suggestions if you've had tinnitus before?

Tinnitus can be permanent. How did you get it in the first place? Loud concert?

I think white noise Is meant to be good for drowning it out. Would your parents not allow you to have a phone/laptop in your room if you explained it's for this reason?
