I've eaten an awful lot of chocolate this revision season but I do normally try to be better.... Dried fruit is one I use a lot as I can pick at it while I'm working. What's your favourite revision snack?

I would snack on nuts and then occasionally treat myself to the mixed nuts with chocolate bits :mmm:

Some kind of little fruits - Maybe have a pot of grapes next to you to pick on - one thing I usually do is sub crisps with carrots because of the crunch hehe

A life of productivity.com suggests Blueberries, green tea, avocados, leafy green vegetables, fatty fish, water, dark chocolate, flax seeds, and nuts.
Clearly things such as the fish should be for dinner - and green tea usually tastes horrible but in places such as Holland&Barriet there's also flavored green tea.

I'm terrible for scoffing a bag of those drumstick squishy things, however after reading everyone's sensible replies I'm off to make myself a jar of nuts and fruit.

I'm sure there is some sort of addictive chemical in them (remember when people said pringles were coated with an addictive substance?!).
