EDEXCEL IAL CHEM UNIT 5 - i think i failed

You guys I think I'm going to fail my chemistry A level. WHAT DO I DOOO??? So there are 6 modules in total right? In AS, I got a B in Unit 1, a C in unit 2 and then an A in unit 3. I did Unit 2 again but i don't think i did that well! maybe a B but it could just be C again. I think I did well in Unit 6 and Unit 4 was okay but Unit 5 was AWFULL .

I already got a conditional offer from a university (they said maintain your current standing, whatever that's supposed to mean) but i think they want at least a B in Chem. Should i contact my uni and ask them what I should do?? Or should i just throw myself out the window cuz there's no hope?
