    Imperial :p:

But seriously, the ones you mentioned plus Imperial and Bristol i would imagine are the top 5 in my opinion.

Well Imperial is probably the most obvious one, being a sciences institution and you probably can't go wrong with any of the other usual heavy-weights: UCL, Warwick, Bristol etc.

From my experienc, Oxbridge, Imperial, Durham, Warwick, Bristol, Southampton, Lancaster and Bristol seem to be particularly good for physics.

The usual suspects: Cambridge, Oxford, Durham, Warwick and Imperial.

Edinburgh, St Andrews, Nottingham, UCL and Bath deserve mention.

You'l need AAB to go to Warwick, Bristol, UCL, Bath. Imperial require AAA and judging by your first post I'd assume your looking for somewhere with lower grade requirements

    What are your predictions?

I turned them all down for UCL, cause I don't think the difference between the top universities is that great, and I wanted to be in London.

Besides the ones you listed; Imperial - seeing as it specialises in the sciences.

i am predicted ABBB ie B in further maths so this counts as AAB according to warwick website so yeah that's what im predicted . i will not apply to anything with AAA because im not that good

Ruling out Oxbridge and Imperial, I thus see your predisposition.

    lol the repeated eating rabbit...

tbh the best university is all relative to what you want, I'm at Exeter and I'd highly recommend it although I'm aware it's not in the top 10 for physics (although on one of the uni league tables if you look at the student satisfaction score alone Exeter comes second...)

use the tables as I guide as to which uni's you want to look into but apart from that just read through the prospectus and go to open days, in the end it's the feel of the place that will sway it for you.

If you're aiming for ABBB, then your best bet for Physics would be along the lines of:

    - KCL
    - UCL
    - Warwick
    - Southampton
    - Birmingham
    - Leeds
    - Nottingham

I would have recommended Manchester, but they require AAA-AAB whereas the OP is predicted ABBB.

In the OP's particular case (B in further maths), Warwick requires AAB not ABB.
