A-level biology 2017 paper 2

"Using Figure 1, explain the benefit of activation of AMPK during exercise."
Question 3 visible here - https://filestore.aqa.org.uk/sample-papers-and-mark-schemes/2017/june/AQA-74022-QP-JUN17.PDF

The mark scheme says the correct answer is:
1. Less/no malonyl-CoA;
2. (More) fatty acids transported/moved into mitochondria;
3. Respiration/oxidation of fatty acids provides ATP

Completely makes sense if AMPK activates CPT1, but from the graph it looks as if it inhibits the protein. Could anyone explain this to me please?

Ok, seems I was just being really stupid. Not a good indication for tomorrow :/
Basically the activation of AMPK inhibits the inhibtion of CPT1.
