If you were a vegetable what vegetable would you be?

:holmes:

It's TSR Healthy Food Week. :yay:

And because :tsr2: is all about asking the important questions.

I thought I'd contribute with a thread trying to compare everyone to vegetables! :h:

So, if you were a vegetable, what vegetable would you be?

Remember:

The more detailed and thought-out answers the better. :yep:

Rude pictures of vegetables 100% welcome.

The appearance of the vegetable doesn't need to be close to the appearance of yourself. Potatoes have feelings too yaknow?:sadnod:

Cheese.
Going be the 'you are what you eat' approach- I could be onion or green chilli.
I can't eat enough of both.

I would choose to be a sweet potato because its a nutritional super star. Sweet potatoes are among the most nutritional foods in the vegetable kingdom. High in fibre and rich in vitamins and minerals, supplies substantial amounts of vitamin B6, vitamin C,iron and potassium.

The orange colour of sweet potato flesh indicates high carotids. One orange-fleshed sweet potato supplies over 100% of the daily requirement for beta carotene. The darker the flesh of a sweet potato, the more beta carotene. Its low on fat and calories. And its skin is good for you too.

If I was a sweet potato,I would be good on the inside and outside
