The application process – a parents guide
The application process can seem complicated. Here, we break it down into simple steps with key dates and outline how you can help your child through the various stages of their application. Their school or college will also be involved in this and will offer support and guidance in the initial stages of the application.

Jargon buster
There is a lot of terminology associated with applying to university and it can be confusing for you and your children. We've created this handy glossary and jargon buster that covers some of the key phrases you'll need to know such as undergraduate, postgraduate, offer and track.

Health, wellbeing and support
We take our students health, wellbeing and career prospects seriously. We know, as you do, that students need to be healthy and happy in order to fulfil their potential and maximise their chances of getting that dream job.

Fees and funding
To help you and your children manage the cost of university, we offer a number of generous , bursaries and grants, as well as a number of advice and support systems that are available to everyone – even those who are yet to apply.

Hi - sorry you haven't had a response to this yet. I'm just going to bump the thread in the hope that someone sees this and can help

Why do I do this?

The Universities forums get a lot of questions that are unanswered. This is often because the OP's thread got missed - bumping threads gives them another lease of life and frequently results in someone seeing it and being able to respond
