    I can't find the form for claiming a refund from TFL. It's to do with overcharging (on the oyster card), and the only one I can find is to do with trains being delayed. I'll rep whoever finds it first or knows how to reclaim the money. Thanks.

    The way I did it was to sign in online to your Oyster account on the TFL website, then click on Oyster help, then on My Oyster and (perhaps) sign in again.

    There's a tab that says 'Questions and feedback'. If you click on that and then "How do I send an email to the Oyster card feedback .... ", it will bring up a page where you can select "contact us". Type in your query and it will be sent off to them.

    Be warned that it might take a while to get your refund. I had to wait 2 months for them to give me back £2.50 that they'd overcharged me by.

    Phone them up, they're lovely people in the call centre. They'll help you best they can as I find the website a bit useless to navigate anyway.
