Yes! That speed is bloody amazing ( I wish I could run that quickly). But the speed you manage to run it at doesn't matter. The most important thing that matters is that you went for a run. Which in itself is a great achievement. Running three km normally takes me about 24 minutes. But please don't worry about how fast/ slow you are running. That is what made me start to enjoy running was not giving a crap about my speed

I am a trainer and i basically take people running. It doesnt matter how fast u run for age, its more about ur fitness, for a healthy 15 year old i would say dont rush it but learn the composure to run. In a marathon its not about speed, its about composure. Speed comes from practice.

yep but remember its about the composure, not about the speed. I recommed watching youtube videos on how to be a good cross country runner, one of the most imprtant things is to keep a constant pace and keep a straight body while running.

I usually take around 5-6 minutes per km. I'm not particularly fast.

i hope to see hopefully play in the olympics or a major tournament. And remember to be a succesful athlete u have to be determined and say that u want to be the best, my advice for u is to once u complete education, try to become a runner (athlete) as a career.
