Will this scan properly?

For most of my GCSE exams I’ve written the number 7 with a line/dash on it in the centre/UCL number. My friend told me that it won’t scan properly so for about 4-5 of my GCSE exams after I just wrote it normally. But I’m confused it’s still a 7 and I have my candidate number and name are on all of my papers so even if it doesn’t scan properly my grade for that paper will be under my candidate number. Right? Also aren’t the centre/UCL number and candidate number connected? And what even is a centre/UCL number? Isn’t the candidate number more important anyway?

The exam invigilators check the fronts of papers after you finish to ensure the details required are suitable/there. You shouldn't have any issues
