PAYED flat DEPOSIT BUT CAN'T MOVE IN ANYMORE

So found out I can't actually afford to pay for my 2 bedroom flat for 3rd year but already payed 600 deposit, can i go to the agency and say i can't move in anymore and would they give me my deposit back asap?
Deposit isn't your biggest issue, if you signed a contract you're legally obliged to pay the rent...

Your best bet is to contact the agency as soon as possible

Moved to Student Accommodation forum.

As Noodlzzz says, you are most likely tied to your contract, and therefore will be legally responsible for paying your rent until you find a replacement tenant. It doesn't matter that you can't afford it (you shouldn't have signed if you couldn't); they will simply demand the money from your guarantor, or take you to court.
