How can I help my little brother (ADHD)? Watch

I'm 16. My little brother is 10. He's just been diagnosed with ADHD and mum doesn't want him on medication. She doesn't seem to want to do anything about it. I get why she might not want him on medication as that's a long term decision and he could easily be on it for the rest of his life, but she needs to do something.
Are there any techniques anyone knows of that we could try? Something to help him adjust and still do well at school without medicating him?

I think you might need to have a look here

It might help you, hopefully.
