Really? That Labour Markets paper was b-e-a-u-tiful and easy to structure.

I don't think the paper was at fault, I think it was just me. I think I should get a boundary A or mid-B/C (see what I mean?), but a D is the one I used in my calculations as motivation :o:

I think it's dumb how few marks there are between the bottom of A and a D.

That's precisely it. The principal examiner said that if you misread/misunderstand the question, they will award you 0 for it, no doubt. Imagine that's the 20 marker. Thus, my fears.

They said they get so many scripts that state the theory and don't actually answer the question. It's a data-response paper, not a theory one, and to bare that in mind. Hence, I'll stick with my assumption of a D :p:

i did Q2 in section A and q5 for the data response.
For 2a) i gave 3 big points and evaluated 2 of them and for b) i gave 3 big points and a few smaller points and evaluted the 3 big ones with smaller eval for the other points. does this mean i cant get level
5* for the 60marker?

i cocked up the two 10markers on the tourism question because for sum reason i assumed the deficit was because of the strong british advertising and the 2012 olympics attracting foreigners to the UK. will i definitely get zero marks? i did use sum data

The data is used to backup your point. If your point isn't valid, then I'd say no marks, sorry.

I got 72 & 89 for Unit 5 and 6 respectively, which I'm overly happy about as that meant I met my four A offer. Phew.

I got 90/90 Unit 5 and 117/120 Unit 6 would of liked to get 120 on unit 6 though to make 240/240 for all the macro units. Isit just me or did EVERYONE get 90/90 in Unit 5 i did labour markets btw because i know at least 5 other people who got 90..

I got 61 on Labour Markets, strange but an A on Unit 6 so I got an A overall so I'm not going to lose too much sleep over it.

Hi again, people! I managed to scrape the A barely with 488/600. Much to my surprise, my unit 3 resit became my ace card, 113/120. Got a B and a C for 5 and 6 respectively. :frown:

All the best for whatever you do from here on, folks. Whatever the outcome, I strongly believe each of us gave it our all.

Got 118/120 in this one and 70/90 in the Labour Markets paper. I was not expecting it to be that way round... Anywho. Got my A which is the main thing. Hope everyone did well; this was a great a panic thread as I remember.
