How did everyone find the test and what were your answers for the calculation question?
For the article questions,
Stem cells are undifferentiated cells (totipotent before the blastula stage and pluripotent afterwards)
I got ethical issues with the embryonic stem cell research as removal of the potential for life and potential to feel pain after 14 days
Gastruloids are different from organoids as they're still in the embryonic stage
The tissues are likely to be rejected from the patient due to the immune response because the t-cells recognise the foreign antigens on the surface of the tissue and this stimulates the immune response
iPSCs are less likely to be rejected as they are the original tissue from the patient therefore the antigens aren't foreign

Yeah the article section wasn’t too bad. I struggled with a lot of the rest.
Fish was alright as well

I think I got an A for bio. I wouldn't be surprised with a B because I was distracted
I think I will get a B for chem. mistakes and stuff
I think I got an A for psychology

whatever I get i'll be beyond proud of myself and happy. I've worked so hard and long.

even if I get ccc< I don't think those grades will reflect my hardwork and knowledge of my subjects and mark scheme answers

I got 96% aswell. Diameter was 22mm => radius = 22/2 = 11mm and therefore Cross-sectional area = 121xpi

([121pi - original area]/original area) x 100 = 96.3% (3sf)

edit: iirc the orginal area was 193.6mm^2

How mutations on transcription factors will silence genes and change the genome hence change allele frequency in gene pools? Pure waffle
