Go to your GP.

A secondary option, depending on what sports you play and the nature of the problem, is to go somewhere that does gait analysis and see if a change of footwear and/or insoles will help, but if you've got a medical issue, seek professional help.

You can't get diagnosed over this forum. You haven't even said which joints are troubling you and what the problem is, eg lower limb from running;; elbow, wrist, shoulder from racquet sports; pain, or weakness?
