QTS abroad?

I got my PGCE in 2012 but not my QTS & I taught in UK after getting my PGCE for 3 years in Primary and Secondary schools. At the time, you could finish your PGCE and then do the QTS practice tests afterwards. It wasn't compulsory to have them before applying for the PGCE.
My PGCE is in MFL for Secondary schools, in French and Spanish.
Now I'm working abroad and I've seen that you can get your PGCE while being abroad, I would like to know if it's the same for the QTS.

Thanks

I believe to get UK QTS, you have to teach a certain number of days in UK schools.

However, there are some options to do your NQT year abroad if you find an appropriate school.

If you provide a bit more detail, people may be able to give you better advice.

Can you explain why you received a PGCE without QTS? What is your PGCE in?
