Hi,

I am a 19 y/o female, 5'4", around 73kg. I have applied for the RAF.

My current schedule is as follows:
Mon - 30 minute HIIT class
Tue - 60 minute circuit class
Wed - Swimming 60 minutes
Thu - 60 minutes gym session Treadmill / rowing machine / cross training
Fri - REST DAY :burnout:
Sat - walk 5k
Sun - REST DAY:burnout:

Has anyone got any tips on how i can build up my strength / fitness even further?
