Nigel Farage and the Tories Watch

There has been a survey of Tory party members on whether they would be happy to see Nigel Farage as Tory party leader. 46% of those surveyed said they would be happy and 13% didn’t mind.

The same survey revealed 83% believe it would be unacceptable for somebody who wished to remain in the Eu to be party leader.

What do we think? Does this show the Cons moving to the right? Does this show that should he make the final two Rory won’t stand a chance.

Interesting. The UK could do with a solid right wing party, something which we lack. Yes there's UKIP/Brexit Party but they're single issue parties so it's not the same. I'd say that i'd be in the 13% of don't mind, I don't avidly want him as leader but if it did happen then I would be fine with it. I'd also agree with the 83%, for Brexit to be delivered properly we need someone who actually believes in it to be in charge.
