    Hi,

I'm going to university in September and was wondering if anyone does home deliveries from Tesco (for example) whilst their at university, or do you just trek to and from the shops on public transport?

What's the point having it delivered? Travelling there by bus certainly isn't a trek.

You buy loads of stuff, like a months supply for some stuff (tins, etc), When you consider that getting it delivered costs around £3.99 from tesco (cheaper than our lousy £4.50 return bus ticket), and you'll have more food that you could possibly carry, getting it delivered isn't really an idea that should be frowned upon because 'you're lazy'.

I usually do, far easier than lugging crates of lager down the road.

Wish I could, Tesco won't deliver to my halls
But next year when I'm in a house I am definitely going to get my shopping delivered, looking forward to it already its going to be bliss!

my boyfs flat did this, they have about 50 crates in the hall way from tesco, they were allowed to keep them for some reason.
